Miami Downtown Development Authority (DDA) Office Metrics & Business Incentive Study
For nearly two decades, Lambert Advisory has served as an economic and real estate market advisor to the Miami DDA, supporting and complementing their mission to grow, strengthen and promote the economic health and vitality of Downtown Miami.
PROJECT SUMMARY
The Miami DDA, an independent public agency of the City of Miami, has as its mission the goal of promoting and strengthening Downtown Miami. The Miami DDA has played a critical role in the transformation of the Central Business District (CBD) into a globally recognized city.
Lambert’s work with the Miami DDA covers a diverse range of services including Economic Impact Analysis of Downtown Visitors, Data and Research Program Formation (including in-depth Focus Group meetings), and Downtown Housing Demand Analysis.
In 2013, Lambert was engaged by the Miami DDA to develop and provide Office Market Analysis, with a primary goal of making the Miami DDA the clearinghouse of trusted information on the Downtown Miami office market. Our work included a comprehensive evaluation of office sector employment trends and forecast, with a specific focus on identifying emerging business sectors and regional business incentives upon which Miami DDA could potentially leverage in the future.
In 2015, Lambert provided an update to the analysis and set the framework and template for on-going office metric updates.
