Parrot Pointe Mixed-Use Resort Development
Unprecedented at the time, and envisioned to be among the largest master-planned resort communities in the entire region, Lambert Advisory assisted in the preparation of a comprehensive strategic development plan to accentuate the assets of the eco-rich and diverse environment.
PROJECT SUMMARY
Costa Rica is a country that has among the world's most diverse and abundant geographic landscapes marked with rainforests, volcanoes, beaches and biodiversity. Located along its Pacific coast is the town of Puntarenas, a community with more than 100,000 residents and one of the main ports in the country (Port Caldera).
Set among 440-acres of lush, tropical and sloping terrain, was Parrot Pointe, a proposed development comprising more than 1,500 residential resort homes/villas, 600 hotel rooms (within one 5-star property and one 4-star property), a 250-slip marina, an 18-hole championship golf course, and more than 50,000 square feet of retail space. From the outset of conceptual planning, Lambert Advisory provided Parrot Pointe Development with a real estate market analysis and a strategic development/phasing plan.
